The eighteen-story hotel building, the first high-rise building in St. Petersburg, is comfortably located on the Fontanka River embankment, at the intersection of two major highways - Rizhsky and Lermontovsky Avenues, not far from the Nikolsky Cathedral, Kryukov Canal and the Mariinsky Theater. The hotel is part of the AZIMUT Hotels chain, created in 2004, and offers SMART rooms for accommodation. Between 2013 and 2018, the hotel underwent a complete renovation.
